It is very important to us that you are satisfied with you purchase and that our Trentatrons provide you with Simply Better Water.  These devices provide an immediate improvement in the waters taste and in the water surface tension.  But, these changes are not drastic in nature.  A blind taste test will discern the improvement in water taste and you can feel the change in water softness as it occurs.  But, don't expect these devices to change hard water into the softest water you have ever experienced.  What these devices do is alleviate the bad qualities of hard water.

It should take only a few days of use to see improvements in your hair's manageability.  A clean tub or shower will stay cleaner longer and will be much easier to clean  These are immediate benefits from magnetized water.  Removal of pre-existing scale and stains is a more gradual process that does take time.

Our Magnetic Water Treatment devices have provided excellent results in nearly all situations.  This has included water systems with significant levels of iron and/or manganese.  But personal expectations and sensitivities can plays a role.

We offer the following refund policy

You can return any item for any reason for 90 days.

Our refund policy is good for 90 days. If not satisfied you can return the product(s) to us within 90 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the product less the delivery charges and seller fees incurred by us. All items must be  returned in new condition with spacers installed and in original configuration for refund. All products must be returned insured as Trentatronics is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during shipping.  You should use new cartons and they should be packed just as you received them.  Products that have been buried or submerged will incur a 15 % restocking fee.

Returning Merchandise: We must authorize the return so we know it's coming. Simply contact us first for return instructions (shipping address, return authorization number, etc). Start by contacting support@trentatron.com.

Warranty:

Trentatronics Water Conditioning Systems are warranted against any and all defects in workmanship for  a period of ten (10) years.  This warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.   We use the best commercial grade powder coat treatments on our steel components, use only stainless steel hardware, and only use nickel plated neodymium magnets.  Neodymium magnets retain their magnetism for life.

Any damage that is the result of improper handling or exposure to high temperatures is not covered by warranty.
